moving out
hubby and i are meeting with a homeowner who wants to sell her one extra house. but we aren’t actually buying the house [kahit na malaking FOR SALE ang nasa karatula sa labas], we just want to rent it.
i called her yesterday and she wasn’t so keen about it at first. but given my charm and my persuading powers [buwahahahaha ah ah ah aray], i managed to set up a meeting with her tomorrow evening. yey.
well actually, hehe, it turns out that her only daughter studies in the school that hubby and i teach in. and to make things better, her daughter will be in my class in the next school year. so when we both learned about that. not only did she agree to consider to have us rent the place, she is also giving us a discount! hoorah! wow i so love that word…discount!!! D I S C O U N T !!! music to my ears.
hay. if things go well, this will be the 13th time that we’ve moved. i dont have anything against the house we are renting right now. but i feel that it’s too big. i want something smalled, cozier.
can’t wait to see the house tomorrow.
